Development Control Advice and Support
We have extensive experience of highway development control which includes assessing some of the largest mixed use developments and minor development proposals.
We have experience of providing advice to local authorities to review and assess large scale mixed use developments. This work has involved reviewing the planning submission documents against local and national policy and standards and providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
S278 Designs and Agreements
We have experience of advising local authorities on the design of layouts undertaken under section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 to ensure that the required standards are met. This experience also includes advising on the form and content of the s278 agreement document.
Traffic Management
We have undertaken a number of local network reviews to assess current layouts and facilities and examined whether modifications and improvements are required.
