Planning approval secured with help from AMNI Transportation

AMNI Transportation has helped a Developer secure planning approval for a residential development in Manchester. AMNI Transportation was commissioned to develop a Traffic Report to support a planning application for a residential development on an existing car park  in Manchester. 

As part of the commission, AMNI Transportation undertook site observations to determine the actual usage and traffic generation of the car park and used this to compare against the proposed traffic generating potential of the residential development. In the work produced by AMNI, it was demonstrated that the proposed residential development would have a lower anticipated traffic impact that the existing car park.

The planning approval was granted for the application and with one highway related condition.
